Membership Policy
Clear, honest terms
We keep our policies simple so you always know what to expect.
Billing
- Memberships are billed automatically each month to the payment method on file.
- Payments must be kept current to maintain membership benefits.
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
Scheduling
- Members receive priority scheduling.
- Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
- Cancellations & rescheduling: reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment at no charge.
- Same-day cancellations may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or lockouts may be charged the full service amount.
Non-Payment
- Failed payments must be resolved within 7 days.
- Membership benefits may be paused or canceled if payment is not received.
Membership Cancellation
- You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date.
- Membership benefits remain active through the end of your current billing cycle.
- Membership fees are non-refundable, and once started cannot be refunded.
Membership Benefits
- Membership discounts and perks are for the enrolled household only.
- Benefits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- Unused cleanings do not roll over to future months.
